• Kohl’s Cash is awarded for the actual amount spent after all discounts and coupons have been applied and before tax and shipping is added

• Kohl’s Cash is only earned when purchasing eligible merchandise 

• You will not earn Kohl’s Cash for the purchase of Kohl’s Gift Cards 

• Kohl’s Cash can be earned up until 11:59PM CST on the last day of the promotion

• Kohl's Cash cannot be earned on Sephora beauty products

How will I receive my Kohl’s Cash?

• We will send your Kohl’s Cash coupon to the email address on the order. Click here for further details

• If Kohl’s Cash is earned on an in store purchase, the store associate will give you your Kohl’s Cash coupon with your receipt.

How do I redeem Kohl’s Cash?

• Kohl’s Cash will be applied to your purchase first, prior to any percent-off discounts for the total purchase. Find more information on how Kohl’s Cash is applied, visit Using Multiple Coupons. 

• You can use your Kohl’s Cash until 11:59PM CST (Central Standard Time) on the last day of the redemption period

• Kohl’s Cash applies to your purchase like a coupon and can not be exchanged for cash or applied to pay off a Kohl’s Card

• Kohl’s Cash cannot be redeemed towards the purchase of Kohl’s Cares charitable merchandise, the purchase of Gift Cards, shipping costs or other excluded items/brands such as Sephora beauty products

Can I use expired Kohl’s Cash?

Kohl’s Cash should be used during the redemption dates for the promotion on which it was earned. It cannot be used before the redemption period printed on the coupon.

How does returns affect Kohl’s Cash?

• When making a return that you originally used Kohl’s Cash on, you will receive Kohl’s Cash back that was used for the original purchase 

• When returning items on a purchase that earned Kohl’s Cash, if the amount of the items is below the total amount needed to earn that Kohl’s Cash, your certificate amount will be reduced

•  If the amount of items returned is below the total amount needed to earn Kohl’s Cash and the Kohl’s Cash was redeemed prior to the return, the reduction will reflect in the refund amount
